Innovate Today – Preserve the latest vaccine, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical on our PaletteStrip

We Innovate To

Meet Global Demand

The current pandemic has highlighted the need for a vaccine delivery in a cost-effective reliable manner on a global basis. Utilizing PaletteStrip™, it would only require 18 tractor-trailers to vaccinate the entire world population.

Welcome to CA Pharma

we solve the immune challenge

CA Pharma was created in 2005 to manufacture film. From experience in film for confectionery, vitamins, energy strips, melatonin, and thyroid aid we have developed a process for putting many actives and adjuvants together on a thin film strip.

This unique, oral, sublingual film strip (PaletteStrip™) can be applied to a broad spectrum of applications including vaccines, pharmaceutical or nutraceuticals and others.

This new approach or delivery method to immunization is mucosal. This technology is administered orally in the correct dosage, at the same absorption or better than an injection intramuscularly.

Current challenges are to ensure the availability of vaccines to achieve their maximum impact on global health while enhancing the uptake of the old EPI vaccines (polio, tuberculosis, measles, etc.) even further throughout the populations that has been attained so far. CA Pharma's product line resolves vaccine pre-order, supply bottleneck, and remote area distribution & administration difficulties.

Competing mucosal strips have large manufacturing overhead and conventionally utilize a 'sandwhich' approach of attempting to preserve actives. Conventionally these competing products have failed. CA Pharma is able to segregate multiple actives into a single dose - previously unheard of.

Overall, mucosal administration offers better absorption as it bypasses the stomach and other organs that may contribute to a breakdown of the active. Due to this, certain actives may require a smaller dose to perform the same effect.

While effective - these routes of administration tend to be costly to package, expensive to ship and contain, costly to administer, and have limited and costly life span control. The maintenance of these routes also provide a friction point.

Nasal and buccal sprays can be difficult to control the amount of dose, additionally mechanical faults can complicate dosing. Apart from these, nasal and buccal sprays are costly to package, and have a limited and costly life span control.

You can reach out directly and we would be more than happy to answer any and all inquiries. Please note that we will be launching a much larger website within Q1 of 2022.
